CANOE ROUGE RIVER FLAT WATER - The operator

This easy canoe descent gives you the opportunity to discover Mont-Tremblant region and the Rouge River in the Laurentians. This relaxing half-day activity is perfect for families. Double kayaks are also available. We are approximately 2-hours drive from Montreal. 11th year of operation.

 

CANOE ROUGE RIVER FLAT WATER - The activity

Our staff will provide you with the canoe equipment, help you launch and give you some basic instructions. The river is CALM and most parts are very shallow. This section of river is in a rural setting, expect to see some farms and cottages. Several sandy beaches provide great swimmimg spots (most beaches are public land). Bring a lunch, and picnic on the shore of the river.

You will leave your car at the arrival point and you will be driven to the departure point. You can rent the canoe or kayak for 3 or 4 hours, or for a full day and take your time on the river. Transport from Tremblant available.

Location 20 minutes north of Tremblant.

June 1st to Sept. 15th : Every day from the *river.

3 hours: 9 a.m.
4 hours: 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.

With transport, every day 8:30 a.m. from *The Activity Centre. For the 3 hours activity, departure 9 a.m. from the river.

*For customers who choose to reserve in advance, directions to departure point will be provided in your reservation confirmation by email. Otherwise, directions will be handed to you when you reserve at The Activity Centre.

Conditions Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (10 yrs -) per canoe. Minimum 11 years old for single kayak. Rates are plus taxes and 2% royalties and are subject to change without notice.
